Brooks Real Estate Ltd is a company steeped in family involvement and local experience. The Brooks family were the first real estate agents to commit to the area and set up a business in Mangawhai Heads in 1990, under the name “Mangawhai Real Estate”.

The company grew and evolved into a local icon. Rob Brooks, Dots son, made his first sale in 1990 for the grand sum of $18,000! In 2003 the company was sold to a multinational Real Estate brand, Rob stayed on to manage the company for several years gaining personal corporate distinction for over $70,000,000 worth of sales.

After working for the multinational company the Brooks family has now gone full circle and remains in Mangawhai trading under the banner “Brooks Real Estate Ltd”.

Our reputation for honesty and a high sense of ethics stands us in good stead in the community.
